“Built on teamwork” emphasizes the Villanova Wiredcats’ foundation of collaboration. The team’s success relies on shared skills, divergent thinking, and mutual support. Across all subteams including mechanical, electrical, business and programming, students and mentors come together to work towards a common goal. This universal objective helps us grow as a team as well as individuals. We take pride in our exceptional and supportive environment that promotes team spirit and coopertition. Every team member has an opportunity to excel due to the high accessibility to contribute to all aspects of our team.

“Wired for greatness” represents our drive for success while also maintaining our gracious professionalism. The word “wired” cleverly references our team name and technical excellence. Our motto shows how we have been trained / wired by our alumni and mentors to carry on our legacy of “greatness”. Through innovation and determination, our team aims to achieve outstanding results. We thrive in high pressure situations, where most of our best ideas and innovations emerge.
